Friday  May 16

All Day - Players practice round

6:00 p.m. - "Shootout at the 19th Hole"

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Open Bar & Hors d'oeuvres

8:00 p.m. - "Let the Games Begin" in the Ballroom

Complimentary beer & wine served after 8:00 p.m.

Saturday  May 17

8:00 a.m. - Registration table open outside grill

8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. - Biscuits in Men's Card Room

10:00 a.m. - First round of play  shotgun - "Low-Ball"

Complimentary beer & soft drinks on the course

12:00 noon - Lunch served to players on the course

3:00 p.m. (approx) - Shootout at Blackwater Creek - $1,000.00 in prizes

6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Open Bar

7:00 p.m. - Million Dollar Buffet

8:00 p.m. - Live Band

Sunday  May 18

8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. - Biscuits in Men's Card Room

11:00 a.m. - Final round of play  shotgun - "Scramble"

Complimentary beer & soft drinks on the course

12:30 p.m. - Lunch served to players on the course

3:30 p.m. (approx) - Awards ceremony and Hors d'oeuvres
