Friday - May 14

All Day - Players practice round

6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Open Bar & Hors d'oeuvres

(Open bar includes house brands only, tickets can be purchased for call brands)

8:00 p.m. - "Let the Games Begin"

Complimentary beer & wine served after 8:00 p.m.

Saturday - May 15

8:00 a.m. - Registration table open outside grill

8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. - Biscuits in Men's Card Room

10:00 a.m. - Shotgun - first round of play - "Low-Ball"

Complimentary beer & soft drinks on the course

12:00 noon - Lunch served to players on the course

3:00 p.m. (approx) - Shootout at Blackwater Creek - $1,000.00 in prizes

6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Open Bar

7:00 p.m. - Million Dollar Buffet

8:00 p.m. - Live Band - Dance to the music

Complimentary beer & wine served after 8:00 p.m.

Sunday - May 16

9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. - Biscuits in Men's Card Room

11:00 a.m. - Shotgun - final round of play - "Scramble"

Complimentary beer & soft drinks on the course

12:30 p.m. - Lunch served to players on the course

3:30 p.m. (approx) - Awards ceremony and Hors d'oeuvres
